Just know that this component must be replaced by a licensed tech. Interior light was working but only other sign of life was hrs flashing on the display panel. The first thing to examine if the control panel and display on the profile refrigerator is not working is whether anything on the refrigerator is operating. There should not be an open circuit.

Some searching seemed to indicate this could be the main control board. If the door switch fails the dispenser will not turn on. This was unfortunately not a simple fix and i ended up getting in deeper than expected in regar. Check the continuity on the compressor using your multimeter.

If the refrigerator water dispenser is not working the door switch might be defective. In this video i literally pull apart and test all components. First ensure that the light board is receiving the proper amount of voltage. When the freezer door is opened the freezer door switch does two things it turns on the light in the freezer and turns off the ice and water dispenser.

If the light board is receiving sufficient voltage but the refrigerator light will not work replace the light board. The switch can be checked for continuity with an ohm meter.
