G35 door wont lock.

For some reason the locks on my doors dont lock unlock automatically. 2008 infiniti g35 driver side door won t open locks working driver s side lock will not work with fob. None of the door locks work when i use the automatic door lock. My girlfriend was inside rolling up the driver window electronically while i shoved the window down about 4 inches.
